Dear Parents,
Welcome to the Peninsula Covenant Community!
I am so glad you are interested in what Jesus is interested in. That is...your children! He loves them even more than you do! I want you to know that we at PCC are committed to walking beside you as you raise the child God has gifted you with. We know this is not an easy task, but it is one of our highest callings in life.
In Mark 10:13-16, children are trying to get to Jesus (as all curious kids do) and the disciples are holding them back, thinking Jesus is too busy for kids. Jesus rebukes the disciples for hindering the children from coming to Him. He then blesses the children.
Today is no different than 2,000 years ago. Jesus still wants to bless children.
As the Children and Family Pastor at PCC, I am committed to seeing children come to Jesus, grow in Jesus, and follow Him all their lives.
