Though his given name is John, he really likes the name Seamus(pronounced: Shay-mus). Knowing and living out God’s word with other people is John’s passion because it brings him a quality of life that he finds no where else. Memorable accidents include falling from the Golden Gate Bridge into the lanes of traffic, an endo from the bike jump made when he was 10, falling off Handley Rock and hearing the cartilage snap in his right knee while sitting down in a recliner. He’s nearly fluent in Middle English, and likes the sound of Mahatma Gandhi coming off his tongue. John enjoys climbing tall trees, especially when they afford him a simultaneous view of the Pacific and the Bay. He loves his wife Janet, his daughter Kate and his son Ian and has made it through medium in Guitar Hero lll.
“But I don’t want comfort. I want God, I want poetry, I want real danger, I want freedom, I want goodness. I want sin.” “In fact,” said Mustafa Mond, “you’re claiming the right to be unhappy.” “All right then,” said the Savage defiantly, “I’m claiming the right to be unhappy.”
